There are many forms of meditation from the spiritual to the mundane, each providing its own orientation and outcome. Through meditation the mind can be trained to settle itself into the body in the present moment, and become stable enough over time to release its natural clarity, and strength. This workshop will present meditation as a tool to synchronize body, mind and spirit in order to create a richer and more rewarding connection to our life, in real-time.
Sarah Barab graduated from Naropa University with a BA in Buddhist Psychology and a Masters Degree in Physical Theater. Sarah is a certified meditation instructor (certified through Shambhala International), a core energetics practitioner, a professional Astrologer, and a Documentary Filmmaker. She founded Naked Mind Productions in 2006, a non-profit film company dedicated to making Dharma-inspired films.
