Ola Hikari studied Hatha Yoga under Bal Mukund Singh in the Dehli School of Yoga (India). She volunteers and takes regular meditation retreats in Kun Tanat monastery in Thailand. Ola is a certified yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience.
